I don't like the idea that as a head coach you have no control over the hiring of your OC and DC. I think that as the head coach you should be able to go out and try to hire the OC or DC you feel would best serve your team. Same to be said about firing the OC to possibly save your job. We all know that a HC will fire an OC or DC after a poor season to deflect some of the heat off him and possibly even save his job for another season at the minimum.
