Might as well have a thread dedicated to it... to get started, here are some of the names that are flying under the radar.

If Te'o goes to Da Bears I'll get an imaginary jersey. God I hope they don't take him. The minute an opponent talks shit about his girlfriend, he'll start whiffing tackles.

I am rooting for the Bears to take Te'o so the Ravens' are not even tempted to take him. Hell, I am rooting for anyone to take him. :D

This is the same thing I'm thinking. I don't care where he ends up, as long as the team name is not Denver Broncos. Let the Browns take him. That black hole of a football team would take care of his career.

First time having NFL Network during the draft. Which is better, ESPN or NFL Network with their draft coverage?

As a whole, NFL Network. But I'm a big fan of Gruden and Shefty.

Alright, I'll stick with NFL Network as my main channel then, but flip between now and then. Works for me!

Doing the opposite of you guys its rare but I think ESPN provides better analysis on the draft than the NFL network (unless NFL network changed their team this year)

Yeah, I'm not 100% sure what all I'll do. I've watched ESPN for so many years, but actually having access to NFL Network this year, I'll see what they're like. If anything, I'l gonna flip back and forth throughout the night for analysis from both channels on each pick, and then, depending on which coverage I like best, I'll stick with one or the other the rest of the draft.

Unless they're just trying to throw a couple smoke screens, Buffalo, as they have already claimed they'll be looking to get their franchise QB this draft.

One thing they just mentioned on NFL Network that I do like, they're not going to show anyone on the phone in the green room. I like that. I like the suspense of who is getting picked, waiting for the name to be announced. I always hate when they show the green room and someone on the phone and almost celebrating. Ruins all the suspense of the pick.

SmoothPancakes

Unless they are working a trade this is silly.

Waiting for the phone to ring and see if they get any good trade offers. Otherwise, they've got their pick selected. Just waiting to see if anyone decides they want to trade up to that #1 spot.

Hope Gatorbait isn't watching the draft. After his ranting the other day about mid-majors apparently having no business whatsoever being in the national title game after multiple seasons into a dynasty, I'm sure he'll be throwing a fit about a kid from mid-major Central Michigan being the #1 overall pick over a kid from a BCS school.

Yep. I can flip between ESPN and NFL Network for non-stop draft coverage and get analysis from multiple people on TV, as opposed to sitting there with my thumb up my ass waiting for the next pick to be announced. Sure, it may be one of those things where it would be cool to go to once just to say you were able to watch the draft in person, but yeah, I'll stick with the TV coverage.

Honestly I don't understand why ANYONE goes to sporting events anymore. I try to go to one baseball game a year just b/c its sort of a tradition and its fairly cheap (especially here in Houston) but to shell out BIG bucks for seats; parking; $10 hot dogs; having to worry about getting mugged by the homeless bums on the street; etc... I'll stick with the 60" t.v. a cold beer and grub from the grill any day of the week.

Yeah, I have to agree with this. I've been to two NFL games. Denver at Cleveland and Cincinnati at Cleveland in the same season. My best friend from college and I split the tickets. I bought the Broncos tickets, he bought the Bengals tickets. It was a great time, but expensive as hell, especially driving from NW Ohio to Cleveland and back in the same day. And then the anal rapage that occurs when it comes to concession prices.

Definitely better watching on TV, where I can see the game MUCH better than in the seats (though we were only four rows up from the field in the end zone both games we went to), more comfortable, cheap beer and food from your preferred place, plenty of it, and don't have to deal with fucktards in the seats around you.

I have loyalty, but it's to all the Denver franchises. Denver Broncos, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Rockies, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Rapids (MLS), my loyalty resides in Denver.

You have to become a donator.

Yeah, they should be good. Most of the teams ahead of them have bigger issues than a first round QB pick. And unless the Jets decide to draft the future replacement for Buttfumble, there should be multiple, if not all, QBs still to pick from in the Ram's original spot.

SmoothPancakes

Damn! What a trade. Bills get 16th overall pick, 2nd-round pick (46th), 3rd-round pick (78th) and 7th round-pick (222nd) from Rams. Rams get 8th overall pick and 3rd-round pick (71st). Good pickup for the Bills.

Been saying all along that the gem QB of this draft will be Nassib of Syracuse.

I could see the Jets using one of their two first round picks on him or another QB. It's not pretty there. Buttfumble, Tebow and McElroy. Talk about bare cupboard. But, I don't know, I don't really view any of the QBs this year as being franchise players.

Yeah, as a Broncos fan, I'm split. The Raiders being fucked up makes it easier for the Broncos to win the division, but it sucks seeing such a great rivalry reduced to yearly ass whoopings by Denver. It would be nice to see Oakland make a comeback again.

Werner is overrated in my opinion. They keep going on about the 13 sacks. Just saw a stat posted, "Half of Bjoern Werner’s 13 sacks came in Florida State’s first three games against Murray State, Savannah State and Wake Forest. The Seminoles won those games by a combined score of 176-3." That 13 no longer looks that impressive.

Different circumstances. He didn't lose, he was rejected. If he has a bad game, he can chalk that up as a bad game, shit happens. There's nothing a gain other than tv drama by him going back. No one is going to pass on him today because he's not in the green room and can't "suck it up."

So being a crybaby now when you already have been pointed out for having character issues for that reason...not going to help.

What dumbass agent told him that? And that he actually believed that calls into question his intelligence for me. Buffalo was the only team seriously looking at a QB in the first round this year. Whoever told him he was going to be a top 5 pick needs to be smacked, with a 2x4.
