Cleveland sure checked out in the 2nd half last night. Has to be brutal to be a Cavs fan today...big loss at home and now the media is starting the 'LeBron to Knicks' talk at full strength.

Cavs choked and LBJ doesnt do any thing quick his legacy that he is building will be a wash. Either team that wins that series is facing a tough and HOT magic team. Im thinking we are going to see the same matchup as we did lastyear

I agree, Cleveland is just too reliant on Lebron to do it all... They have the most overrated supporting cast in the NBA! Given he's a pretty good option on most nights, but in the playoffs the key # is 3. You have to have 3 guys that can put pressure on a defense because it's impossible to double 3 people. Obviously you can do it with less (or more) but it's much tougher to do, any team that has done it with 2 has been 2 GREATS + a productive supporting cast. Just to name a few:

Duncan, Parker, Ginobili
Kobe, Gasol, Odom
Allen, Pierce, Garnett
Billups, Hamilton, Wallace
Kobe, Shaq
Jordan, Pippen

agreed, Shaq isnt the Shaq of old. Jamison is decent but you cant really rely on Mo williams to put 10-15 up a night. Rondo is really setting the tone for Boston

tied 2-2 wow i didn't think i would see a team run mostly zone and win in the nba. Lakers big men need to step up . Bynum is done last nite he couldn't get into position. They are gonna have to come out there with a different lineup .

after watching the celtic/magic series I believe that the Celtics have a better team. Howard is a good defensive player but everytime he touches the ball on O i cringe. I think hes going to turn it over every time. Really the only offense they seem to have lately is what Nelson creates. Lewis is playing "sick" I think its bull. I would like to see the magic because I have money on them. Garnet is a home town guy and is def someone i pull for. But the celtics look to be the only team out of those 2 that will compete with the lakers if they pull it out

Still think that after watching ALL of the game tonight? Celtics better stop Jameer at home or Orlando's gonna pull off the miracle big time in game 7. The rumors that the Celtics are too old may be true and showing now that the series has sped up.

Congrats to the Celtics for the big win tonight. Now, if my Lakers can take care of business tomorrow night, we will have one heck of an NBA Finals.

I grew up watching all the great Lakers/Celtics Finals in the 80's. When those two teams met, it was always a battle to the end. Looking forward to seeing it again.

If the Finals can live up to those monumental games from the 80's, I think more than Celtic and Lakers fans will look forward to seeing it. Those are some of the best finals games EVER.

REMATCH!!!! This is going to be the most intense NBA Finals in a long time. The playoffs this year have been more physical and chippy than any I think I've ever seen. Both these teams hate each other (obviously), and it's going to be an absolutely phenomenal matchup at every position. I can't wait! I say it goes at least 6 and probably all 7. Because of the home court I'm giving it to LA.

Ron Artest can be stupid sometimes....but this is something truly good that he did.

http://www.tmz.com/2010/06/03/ron-artest-los-angeles-lakers-tickets-courtside-boston-celtics-nba-finals/

The two $9,000 tickets were given away this morning in a contest on Power 106 radio in L.A. -- but the winners had no idea that Ron paid for them out of his own pocket.

We called Ron to find out why he shelled out for the seats and he told us, "Most of my fans can't afford the ticket prices to come to any of the games, let alone the Finals. I wanted to treat a fan to something they would normally never have access to, so they could feel like one of the stars for the night."

Ron added, "I feel like just a regular person at the end of the day, and I wanted to be able to share my first Finals experience with one of my regular fans."

That's REALLY awesome of him. While I don't want Kobe to win another ring, I kinda hope Artest gets one. He seems like a really nice guy when he's not on the court fouling people with his "amazing defense".

Fighting back from 17 to get within one and then fall apart with sloppy passing and poor shooting... that's a tough loss and may well seal the deal from LA. I'm surprised Boston didn't pull Allen in the last few mins. He and Pierce had zero rythym tonight.

LOL, it's nice to have something to be positive about. C's tie it up in game 4 because of desperation. Then the Lakers seal it by winning 5 & 6! It's the Lakers 2010 playoff trend!

Even if we don't get get Lebron, I hope we can get someone like Chris Bosh. He actually went to high school down the street from my church so I've randomly seen him from time to time when I was younger. We just need another big name to kick us in the right direction, hopefully it can be Lebron.

I thought of that too, but ever since he's been in the league he's been in the shadow of Jordan. I know if he comes to Chicago that shadow will be amplified, but I think Chicago gives him his best chance to win a championship.

Oh, I absolutely agree, but I don't think his ego would be able to handle playing with Rose because of Rose's ability to create and take over a game.

LeBron has the same mentality that Kobe does and look what happened with Kobe and Shaq. I don't see LeBron being able to refuse being the center of attention in the Big Apple. Either that or staying at Cleveland.

Honestly if he goes to New York, whether its New Jersey or the Knicks, the only he goes is if someone goes with him. That is, if he wants to win championships. If he just wants to get paid, he might as well stay on a mediocre Cavaliers team.
