Help Picking A Team And Questions

Alright, so I'm getting Madden 13 on Christmas for Xbox. I've waited a really long time, and I need to know on the game not in reality. Which teams have the most quarterback issues. I want to pick a team that has QB issues such as a QB with low ratings. And I'm also considering picking a team that has a veteran QB that is set to retire in a few years. This is where I have this question. Of the good veteran QB's in the game (Brady, Brees, Manning, Rodgers) what is the average amount of dynasty years before they retire?

Arizona, Buffalo, Jets have QB issues. The Raiders might fit both profiles - old QB not so good. Chiefs QB and team sucks. Jags too.

Brady retired after two years for me. Others are still going I think. Rodgers for sure as he's not 30 and younger than Brandon Weeden who may not be the answer for the Browns.
