I'm just really hoping and praying that EA shows Florida some love this year in the transition from the NCAA 13 and NCAA 14 game. Florida will have new uniform number fonts, new field art, new fonts for the stadium wall graphics, and the accessory color needs to be fixed. Gator Nation will be really excited or let down big time.

I wish EA was on their game and could get EVERY uniform in quickly in the uni store. Fans of these teams have to love all this. I like alternate uniforms too, but some teams go a little too far. Ole Miss' are nice. I just hope that Florida's new ones make the game at release. The Wake helmet is pretty bad ass.

Good deal. I thought EA had a team that went through each school to get all the details as correct as possible. Like field art, stadium, and uniform additions. Forgetting South Alabama last year really hurt the faith I had this team, assuming it exists.

I just hope the uniform store is better in NCAA 2014. More more updates, more often. I felt that the uni store was huge letdown last year. So many uniforms left out. I'm not expecting them to have every single one, but why have a uni store if you are only going to have 4-5 packs to release. What did they add total? 12 uniforms? Most of them were released way too late.

I hope the artwork team is on their game this year. I'd rather see the additions of the Rawlings helmets and the other new ones that Madden 13 had. Definately need a wide variety of new facemasks. ESPECIALLY for the REVO Speed helmets. Realistically, what percentage of NCAA football players wear the Revo Speed helmet? It's got to be a high percentage.

I know it's not a big main issue to want more helmets, but why did EA include that awful Schutt helmet?? They have that one and not the Rawlings helmet or the helmet style that Ray Rice wears. I rarely see anyone wear that new Schutt helmet with the weird angled masks. The the Revolution helmets just look awful because the masks are not properly designed on the helmet. The masks sit too low on the head. The top of the masks is over the eyes and the lower part starts below the nose. They just don't looke right to me. They look awesome in Madden though. Main thing is just adding more Revo Speed masks. So many players wear those helmets now and NCAA had like 5 different masks to pick from. Of those 5, I have only seen 2 ever worn. It's strange the things they add in game, and the things they dont.

Give me more player customizing options instead of Mascot Mashup or Ultimate Team. They have dark visors which aren't allowed by the NCAA??? Never understood that.

Even though they were banned by both the NCAA & NFL, players with eye problems may still obtain special permission to wear tinted visors.

Pretty sure it was more of a health related precaution. If a player sustained a head injury, it's too risky to move their head to remove the helmet to check their eyes for concussion symptoms.

From behind though it doesn't look too bad. It's just the merger between stripe and wolf that's funky. Especially on the white. Matter fact, they should've made the outline white on the white stripe. That would've been much tighter

The Florida Gators will have new uniforms in 2013. With new, bigger numbers and a different font.
-Also add that add helmet's facemask style. Most d-lineman are wearing those now. I'd like to see all the facemask styles that Madden has at least.
-Florida also had new field art and the stadium corner slogans repainted with a new font. That was done for the 2012 season, hopefully it's in 2013.
-Also, Florida and other SEC teams wear a new SEC Logo Patch on their uniforms and new SEC Logo sticker on their helmets. They have done away with the pennant shaped SEC patch/stick for a new circle one.
-ALSO FOR THE ONE MILLIONTH TIME. You know I'm going to say it. Fix Florida's accessory color from blue to orange or add multiple accessory colors.

I'd really like to see the NCAA Football series place in (and correct) the face masks for Riddell helmets. They seriously need to add the QB Revo Speed face mask (S2BD-SW-SP S-Bar Face Mask) as well as the other Revo Speed face masks that Riddell makes. They can be found at www.riddell.com under face masks. Go to S-Bar and you'll see them. Also, the sizing for the G2B face mask for the Revolution helmet (the one Andrew Luck wore) is disproportionate. The lower bar that covers the jaw isn't big enough. It needs to be the same size as the QB2 (G2BD) face mask on the bottom jaw area. Also, where is the eye black/stickers? I know it's just aesthetics, but the smaller things make the immersion into the game for the ones of us who heavy attention to detail.

But I said basic, I didn't say boring. Its a traditional uniform staple style and I'm saying i'm glad they did it but I think the modern helmet from a couple years ago was still a nice/well done touch and not as bad as the Jags new freakish helmet

Not sure I like the way the layers com out on the Zona jerseys. I like the fade, LOVE the idea of the fade actually, but you can see each shade has its' own line. That's pretty unspectacular.

Meanwhile, those UCF duds aren't much but the helmets are FANTASTICALISING! I don't know why but they look really good to me.

I came across this image and EA should use this. I have not seen any new Revo Speed masks in the game. Pretty lame considering they are adding all these alternate uniforms, socks, new gloves, etc. But we can get some new facemasks, so we will have more than 5 to pick from for the Revo Speed helmet.

That Ion helmet is on every other player, I rarely see any college player even wear those helmets.

I wonder if there is any chance of EA patching in some new masks for the Speed helmets....prob not.

And man yall can give up on posting shoes, they arent going to put them in game. Hell, we can barely get helmets/facemasks from the 2010s. So far we have every Riddell helmet from the 70s-90s with 12 masks and that ridiculous ION helmet that I have NEVER seen a college player wear. Meanwhile the most worn masks in college ball, like the 2 bar Revo Speed QB and the d-lineman mask that looks like super shredder, or any of the others for linebackers, NONE OF THOSE ARE IN GAME.

I just find it utterly pointless to include all those uniforms and not have more than 5 facemasks for the REVO Speed helmet. THE MOST WORN HELMET IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL.

Funny thing is, that all those old helmets are still prevalent in the NFL, yet the NFL has a ton of Revo Speed masks, while college has 5 or 6. And 3 of those 5 or 6 are the stupidest designs of all that no one wears.

So EA, I doubt you're reading but

A) Standard Riddell and Schutt helmets are extinct in College Football.

B) The XP helmet may be worn by few.

C) Penn St players wear the DNA helmet

D) NO ONE wears the ION helmet

I GUARANTEE THAT 90% OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYERS WEAR THE REVOLUTION OR REVO SPEED HELMETS.

I hate to beat a dead horse, but I just do not understand EA. They make a big deal about unis, and gloves, and Oregon's BS.

Definitely. The suits at EA finally caught him purposely altering Florida's shoe colors. It's a good thing he was smart enough to give every school the wrong sock lengths even though it was only aimed at Florida (to destroy the enjoyment of Gator fans). Had he done the same thing he did with shoes (only attack Florida), the suits may have caught on.

And man yall can give up on posting shoes, they arent going to put them in game. Hell, we can barely get helmets/facemasks from the 2010s. So far we have every Riddell helmet from the 70s-90s with 12 masks and that ridiculous ION helmet that I have NEVER seen a college player wear. Meanwhile the most worn masks in college ball, like the 2 bar Revo Speed QB and the d-lineman mask that looks like super shredder, or any of the others for linebackers, NONE OF THOSE ARE IN GAME.

I just find it utterly pointless to include all those uniforms and not have more than 5 facemasks for the REVO Speed helmet. THE MOST WORN HELMET IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL.

Funny thing is, that all those old helmets are still prevalent in the NFL, yet the NFL has a ton of Revo Speed masks, while college has 5 or 6. And 3 of those 5 or 6 are the stupidest designs of all that no one wears.

So EA, I doubt you're reading but

A) Standard Riddell and Schutt helmets are extinct in College Football.

B) The XP helmet may be worn by few.

C) Penn St players wear the DNA helmet

D) NO ONE wears the ION helmet

I GUARANTEE THAT 90% OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYERS WEAR THE REVOLUTION OR REVO SPEED HELMETS.

I hate to beat a dead horse, but I just do not understand EA. They make a big deal about unis, and gloves, and Oregon's BS.

A) I see Schutt helmets in like a 1 in 400 occurrence lol
B) XP helmets are still common for players to wear
C) Yes, some teams wear certain helmets but Im pretty sure they wouldn't edit the players not to have certain helmets
D) I still see ION helmets. Rarely though. I remember West Virginia last wore them about two seasons back

Probably. Since, of course, Ben Haumiller is the only person at EA responsible for all decisions related to this title. He is responsible for art, for gameplay - for everything. And, of course, his main concern as Dictator of the series is to promote FSU and hold down UF.

Get over it what I said already. Haumiller is always the one making these videos claiming that "equipment guys will be happy" and bragging about Ultimate Team and Season Showdown and any other gimmick junk they have added to the game over the years for no reason. Time that could have been spent on gameplay and art.

Florida State wasn't very good for about a 5 year period, like a 7 win team. Yet somehow they were always a 92+ overall team.

Get it through your head, when these developers claim reality and fail deliver, I WILL KEEP HITTING ON IT. Someone from EA sees the stuff posted here.

Dude I really fail to understand the logic that goes into what makes the game and what doesn't. For example:

1.) They keep including Florida's 2009 Nike Pro Combat without the helmet. That is just a pointless waste of space. That uniform is trash without the helmet.
(PS, I know why the helmet is not in the game. I just think they should remove the uniform. I would love to see the one Gator fan that actually uses that uniform.)
2.) North Carolina's chrome footprint uniform isn't in the game, along with several other new ones, like the Gators new jerseys, and Oregon State's new unis. Stuff that has been revealed quite some time ago. I think Arizona has new unis too. I didn't know if Ole Miss' new ones were in or not.
3.) Notre Dame's Irish Uniform doesn't include the shoes, WHICH IS WHAT MAKES THAT UNIFORM. Their uniform doesn't have the shoes, yet Texas A&M has that uniform with mandatory sleeves with the numbers on them. They are going way out of their way for certain teams to get team logo gloves and arm sleeves. Yet have done nothing to the cleats.
-The Nike cleats are out of date, not to mention done wrong in the art department. Every shoe has a black check with the team color. Why cant the Nike logo be the team color too
-The Adidas cleats are just horrid. They look like Wal Mart cleats.
-The Under Armour cleats are sweet. Utah, Auburn, and USF.
4.) It's cool that they got a lot of last year's unis in game. I just wish they would update this season's faster.
5.) Equipment is brutally bad.
-As previous state, the helmet selection is pathetic. The most visible helmet in CFB has the fewest mask options. THEY ADDED NEW KICKER FACEMASKS, BUT NOT THE QB 2 BAR.
-The forearm and calf bands look funny. They look like big rings.
-They still have dark visors in the game, which can't be worn in real life.
-Those robot arm bands are the only thing worse than the Adidas shoes.
-They gave us dreads after years of claiming they couldn't. Now where's the long hair for white dudes?
-The medium socks are still too low and not real medium.

PLAYER MODELS need to be changed. I guess there is no point now with the move to the next generation of consoles.

1.) UF didn't want the helmet in the game. Some uniforms are left out the game because schools choose not to have them in.
2.) I agree. But remember that schools can choose what goes in the game. But I'm pretty sure most will be updated with the uni store. I think I saw Ole Miss' in teambuilder :fp:

It looks like on the YouTube uniform reveal most of Oregon's uniforms from NCAA 13 have been taken out (i.e., 2009 combos, Fighting Ducks, etc.). Will uniforms like these be available from the uniform store or are they just being phased out? Now there aren't any Oregon helmets with just an "O" on them.

Not real sure why Florida's new jerseys didn't make the game. Florida and Georgia both made Font changes to the numbers on their uniforms. Florida's were released before Georgia's, yet ours are not in game. But Georgia's are.

There's way too many new helmets and unis. No way EA will get all these awesome combos in the game. I just wonder what will be in this new uniform update, and if we will have to wait til September or beyond to get it. They said it would be a "big" uniform update. Big to them could mean 5 teams.

Florida finally has ORANGE cleats, but with blue nike logos. EA purposely did that, a big middle finger from the FSU fan to Florida fans. I'll take it though, I give up on trying to show them the correct look.

NOTE TO EA: Please get the new SEC logo patch on Florida's new jerseys. If you plan on adding them to begin with.
