Tweet count reducded?

Has any noticed their tweet count being reduced? I've been on twitter since March of last year and had over 3,200 tweets. Now i'm showing only 831. Has anyone else having this problem?

Yep it happened to everyone for some reason. I was close to 8000 and got knocked down to 800 LOL

Well tweet about it and bring that count back up. I guess I'm just "old" as I don't get twitter.
