Global equipment editor. Instead of having to go through the entire team individually, I'd like to be able to do universal edits for the team. Have the whole team wear a certain type of helmet. Have all my WR/CB wear particular gloves. Set my entire OL to wear knee braces. It would make things a LOT easier.

Like I've said before, the guys at EA Sports could take a few lessons from 2KSports.

1.) Facial Customization...this includes eye color, hair color, hair style, facial hair, tattoos, and sliders for facial features.
2.) Eye paint/Tape...Madden 11' had it, NCAA should as well.
3.) Fix the G2B Revolution facemask (The one Andrew Luck wears)...the lower half of the facemask that covers the jaw is too short. The length should be that of the QB 2 (G2BD) facemask. Not a hard fix.
4.) More facemask designs for the Revo Speed helmet, the S2BD-SW-SP in particular (The one Blaine Gabbert and Taylor Martinez wore last season, as well as multiple NFL quarterbacks) Another simple fix.
5.) Secondary team colors for uniform equipment i.e. Orange wristbands and sleeves for Auburn, Blue for Florida. Yet another simple fix.
6.) Wristbands i.e. the Power Balance wristbands you see many NCAA athletes wearing.
7.) Team colored visor tabs
8.) Loose sleeves often seen on quarterbacks. If you can make an animated hand towel, you can make loose sleeves.
9.) Different placement options for equipment i.e. Some quarterbacks wear the towel in the center as opposed to the left or right, wristbands that are worn low, mid, and high on the forearm, and different styles of wristcoaches. Some are smaller and fit like wristbands, others are longer.
9.) Make cold weather items such as the hand warmer only appear during cold weather games. I should not see a quarterback wearing a hand warmer in September.
10.) Take out retired numbers. These are my 10 uniform improvements. Hope you agree. Feel free to add any I missed or comment. I realize some of these things small and pointless but it's attention to small details that make a truly amazing game. I don't think anyone can argue that.

+1 on this. Going down by position would be awesome but even if you could just do all offense or defense would be a start.

Alternate team colors. Or atleast give Florida the orange color back. So their cleats can be Orange like they are supposed to be, and not blue.

fix the AI. i mean Complete Overhaul of that. also helmets and facemasks. there not acurate . just please think outside the box. please NO MORE Mediocre Games. i pay 65, for some improvements. a year later. please lets make 13 the year of NCAA FOOTBALL!

I think TheMacAttack got most of it (although I don't agree with #9 and #10), but here's some other stuff:

1) Lip guard mouthpieces.

2) Varying dread lengths and Jeremy Shockey-style long hair.

3) Towels in black, white and TC. As MacAttack said, we should be able to put towels on left hip, right hip or center.

4) Bring back neck pads such as the restrictor, extended and standard from NCAA 11.

5) Cut-off finger gloves like Terrell Davis used to wear. Many players -- particularly linemen -- wear these gloves.

-) New sock height between long and medium. There needs to be a style a little longer than medium but not all the way to the pants.

-) New Revo and Revo speed facemasks. Some of the Revo helmets are still designed wrong and look goofy. They stick out too far and sit too low on the head. For example, the Tim Tebow QB 3 bar facemask sticks way too far out. The gap between the roof of the helmet and top of facemask is too large. And the helmet sits down far enough to cover the eyes of the player. This is a problem on a lot of revo helmets and revo speed.

There are several revo facemasks in the game that I have NEVER SEEN a player wear in real life. And so many missing.

-) The leg bands, bicep bands, and forearm bands need to be flatter against the skin. So it doesnt look like a pice of tubing around the players leg, bicep, etc.

-) Alternate team colors for shoes, wristbands, tape, knee braces, gloves, etc.

-) Redesigned back plate. Or a new one that is rounded off. The ability to have them hang out the back of the jersey would be a nice tough.

-) EYE BLACK

-) Long hair for white guys

-) More glove styles

-) Bring back the old neck pads.

I think they have to re-design almost everything. Look what Madden Team did. The helmets look almost perfect and they improved a lot on the uniforms and on those bulky player models. I think NCAA Team should go into this same direction.

1.The backplates should be redesigned and should have more than one variety of them and they should be sticking out more under the jerseys.
2.secondary color for gear
3.flak jacket should be updated
4.Nike socks in the game
5.the standard sleeves shouldn't be so far down the players arms and the sleeveless jerseys should be covering the armpit
6.towel positioning (some players have a string -like towel hanging in the back
7.shoulder pads shouldnt stick so far out
8.jerseys should fit very tight on players
9.bring back pacifier mouth guards

Don't make everything about Nike there are other brands out there. How come my player plays for South Carolina but he has to wear main gloves which suck by the way. When I'm catching that TD I should be looking good.

There should be:
-Different style & length dreads for black players. Different style, length, & color hair for white players.
-The jerseys should be much tighter on the player.
-Larger variety of Revo Speed facemasks, Revo facemasks, DNA facemasks, etc.
-Back plates that stick out a little more and are rounded off on the edges.
-Have handwarmers on only in cold games.
-Have Low, Mid, Mid-High, & High socks. And also the new Nike socks.
-If the school is sponsored by Nike or Under Armour their logos should be on the players bands, towels, visors, socks, gloves, etc.
-Be able to have arm bands on the upper bicep of the player`s arm.
-Be able to give the players tattoos on several differents areas of their arms.
-Primary & Secondary team colors on the gloves, bands, handwarmers, towels, sleeves, & braces.

2.The updated backplates that is shaped like an (curved sided triangle that most players wear)
3. have the string-like Towels hanging in the back
4.Updated Flak Jacket like madden
5.The ability to have hand warmers in the back
6.And PLEASE!!!!!! bring back the Pacifier Mouth Gaurds

-All equipment should have white,black,TC & Alt TC chooses..ex.yellow, lime green socks or cleats for oregon etc.

I know this seems small, but it has really bothered me over the last couple of issues of NCAA that they do not have the, I guess you would call it the Linebacker version of the 3 bar RB face mask. It is one of the most common face masks used on the standard, schutt, and Air Xp helmets that EA does not have in Madden or NCAA. There is a RB version and a Fullcage version of the face masks I would really like to at very least see this in the next issue of NCAA, because it seems to be a very simple fix.
They have the right idea, they just need to make the vertical bars on the 3 bar RB face mask taller.

Again I want to call for ALTERNATE TEAM COLORS.

Fix the standard Revolution helmets, not sure if this is equipment or player model related. The standard revolution helmets sit too far down on the head. The upper bar of the facemask covers the eyes. The Tebow helmets facemask still sticks out a little too far. Theres too much space between the face and the mask. The lower part of the Andrew Luck helmet is too low on the face. These standard helmets have always been poorly designed on both NCAA and Madden. Madden got it right finally. Please fix these helmets to make them look right and realistic on a player model.

-New helmets from Zenith and Rawlings that were included in Madden.

-REMOVE DARK VISORS. They cant be worn at the college level.

-Make the forearm, bicep, and calf bands look more realistic. For now, they stick out like a 5 inch ring off of the leg.

-More Revo Speed facemask styles. Theres alot missing. Some of those helmets are graphically right either.

There are several more ideas mentioned by others that are great too. Just adding some more from me.
