On Monday, July 11th, EA SPORTS will be hosting an NCAA Football 12 Launch Party on UStream from 12-6pm ET. As part of this, the developers of the game will "go through NCAA Football 12 in its entirety". Additionally, each hour they will be giving away a copy of NCAA Football 12; you must be tuned in to win. You can RSVP on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=246759685349467), we'll embed the livestream here once it's available on Monday.

Will this just be the info we already know or should I tune in? I already know I'm buying the game from Gamestop for the pro combat uniforms so the free copy don't really interest me much, plus i never win those things.

Most likely it will be things most already know... however they might cover information such as the day 1 patch that's been rumored among other things. This though is likely targeted to those that don't regularly visit message boards.

It's largely a promotional tool for those who haven't followed the development every step of the way. But as Tommy said, there could be an outside chance that the day one patch is discussed.

No those are going in-game as tutorials for the novice basically.

If they were giving away EA VIP Kits of NCAA 12 I would tune in.

I will tune in. Hopefully they announce the new patch details. Maybe I will get lucky and win a ps3 copy so I have both systems covered. :)

it will probably be 3 and not 6 hours.

I saw last years. Who cares about the info and whether you know it or not? these things are fun to watch anyway...workmates and friends kidding around, messing with the thing they worked on and being very human and at times pretty funny :) and playing various match ups

its an EA office party you get to check out for the most part....but no female employees...

I got to take part in the Madden launch Ustream last year, it was definitely a blast to do.

Rosters are screwed up. David Wilson of Virginia Tech has 4.29 speed and gets 92 speed in the game?? WHAT? However, Jayron Hosley of VT has 4.5 speed but has 96 speed in the game. Ugh talk about messed up

You can probably just have someone edit this once those threads get started which has or will be on here shortly. I know Gatorbait06 has mentioned that he is working on them know. Might want to share that over there http://www.thegamingtailgate.com/forums/showthread.php?2633-GatorBait-amp-Block-O-Rosters-Thread%28PS3%29

I haven't been keeping up with the UStream; did they say that they would be adding multiple dread lengths through post-release support for NCAA Football 12 or that they would be doing that for future games?

Not that it's a big deal for me, but I know OS had a seizure over it.

Ah, okay. I guess "Multiple Dread Lengths" lives on for the NCAA Football 13 Wishlist Tournament then haha.

Oh, I know. I'm sure there are some people who would rather have ten styles of dreads than Coaching Carousel or Custom Playbooks.
