I have a work buddy that is a preacher and some of his congregation cannot make it to service because of their work schedule. He wants to be able to stream his message live and store several of the last messages for viewing on the church's website. Anybody got any quick and easy solutions for this?

Depends on how he's recording it... if he's recording it live and wants to stream it live, then Xsplit.com (http://www.xsplit.com/) will be the easiest solution to stream it to Justin.tv. If he wants to pre-record them and then stream that video, then there are quite a few "virtual webcam" softwares available that can stream a pre-recorded video to Justin.tv.

Xsplit will do Ustream as well but it's nearly identical to Justin.tv so other than preference, my instructions will be very similar.
