Did raczilla get laid off from EA?

was he victim to layoffs like others ?

I believe he left on his own accord, but I'm sure there are others who know more than I do.

Will left to go to EPIC Games in North Carolina, makers of Gears of War, Bulletstorm, etc. He left on his own accord - he has some family in that area and is closer to other relatives who live in Maryland. He has a blogspot page where he talked about leaving, but it looks like it is down right now or else I'd link it here.

Yeah, looks to me like he took down his personal page, cdj (his personal page now redirects to an old Blogspot account he hasn't updated in two years). He's not linking to it from Twitter anymore either.

Basically he pioneered the Community Manager position at EA, and he's going to do so at EPIC as they have never had one there either....
