Worthless without the vid. You fail, Snoop. (Actually, MediaFetcher just utterly fails.)

Two points from Gawker:

The scariest part about this security camera video is the proof that security guards are not only watching the stupid things you do, but they're sharing it on the internet with multiple angles.

I love how everyone else in the mall rushed to her aid.( Not only that, I love how the one couple doesn't even look)

And of course, she's thinking of suing (http://news.yahoo.com/video/us-15749625/fountain-lady-nobody-went-to-my-aid-23909987).

However, she already is in legal trouble of her own (http://www.wfmz.com/berksnews/26558179/detail.html).

69 News has learned the local woman who is now drawing national attention for her videotaped fall into a fountain at the Berkshire Mall appeared in court Thursday for a hearing on criminal charges that were filed against her in 2009.

Cathy Cruz Marrero, who appeared on ABC's "Good Morning America" Thursday morning after granting her first TV interview to 69 News on Wednesday, is charged with five felony counts, including theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

She's due back in court April 21.

Police said Marrero, who used to work at Zales Jewelers at the Fairgrounds Square Mall in Muhlenberg Township, used the Zales credit account of someone she knows to make more than $4,000 in purchases without the account-holder's permission.

Marrero also used the same woman's Target credit account to buy more than $1,000 worth of merchandise, said police, who indicated in court documents that the purchases were made prior to August 2007.

According to those court documents, Marrero promised between August 2007 and September 2009 to reimburse the account-holder for the money she spent, but failed to do so. The criminal charges were filed in October 2009.

Marrero has not returned 69 News's call for comment.

Marrero's attorney in the fountain video case, James Polyak, told 69 News he had no comment on the criminal matter.

Polyak continues to investigate the possibility of a lawsuit against the responsible parties in the fountain video case.

A security guard who released the video has been fired by the private contractor that provides security at the mall in Wyomissing.

Looking at how empty that mall looks, Christmas can't come fast enough.
