Pretty interesting list - no real surprises except maybe the Mummy at #20. Crazy how the top 3 completely blow the others out of the water.

105 total movies on the list. I've seen 74, I know someone can beat that.

Gotta say this is a pretty comical piece of info as well - Orion Pictures originally envisioned O.J. Simpson in the role of the Terminator, but Cameron didn't feel Simpson would be believable as a killer.

If it wasn't for the James Bond movies, I'd have seen them all except for the Twilight shit.

The ones that really brought my total down were the Star Treks, just never got into them.

Me either...I liked watching reruns of the original here and there, but other than that nothing until this new one which I really enjoyed.

Yeah the new one I don't ever really consider a Star Trek movie.

These series account for a little over 100 movies and I've seen, I believe, 13. Just not a movie guy.

Last year, while I was driving home for Christmas, SiriusXM's Cinemagic channel was doing a movie music countdown of the Top 15, I think it was, most successful movie franchises. Just playing music from each of the movies in each franchise. They'd usually only play one or two tracks from each movie. The Bonds took over a hour themselves, I think. It was a 6 hour drive, and I think I listed to that special for at least 3 hours, then it was still going for a couple hours after I got there.

It was pretty awesome, I have to say.

Why do they say Star Wars have 7 films? Are they including the TV Ewok movie with them?

Why do they say Star Wars have 7 films? Are they including the TV Ewok movie with them?I presume they're including The Clone Wars (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Wars:_The_Clone_Wars_(film)), which was actually released in American theatres (unlike the Ewok movie which was only released in theatres in Europe).
