Probably got time to go down for breakfast. It might not go over well if she finds out you had eggs, potatoes, and Bacon.

Oh and for the U not getting any respect right now, I just think these pollsters and media hub bubs no what football is all about and it all starts and ends with the Big 10 right now. Given time I can see the ACC and Pac 10 contending to be the big dog as far as conferences go, but for the present that belongs to the Big 10.

I saw that, you seem to be gaining some steam but I think the rival game u had might have helped you. I end the year strong with Wisky and MSU so I hope that I don't lose many points after those games.

I can't believe you got jumped by Ole Miss, especially after beating a top 25 team last night.

That Wisky game will be interesting. There will be a lot on the line for you and I am sure g would love to play spoiler. I've still got Minnesota (rival) and OSU to end the year and I know Jeff loves to play spoiler as he did in season one.

I do believe Da U is on a 20+ game win streak going.

Next two weeks is do or die for the Trojans. Oklahoma at home and then on the road to Texas. Could decide the Pac 10 champs in those two weeks.

Of course the week after that isn't easy either as I get Oregon State the next week and they've whooped me two years in a row.

Virginia fought their way to making us go 3-12 on 3rd down and force three turnovers, have some crazy luck but we prevailed in a downpour 52-31 behind exactly 700 yards of offense.

You could tell Calhoun was missing as we were trailing 6-3 in the 2nd quarter but then we came alive on offense. Jones had two early picks in the first half, but then threw for 390 yards and 3 TDs.

Roy Finch had an incredible day, making us forget who Jermie Calhoun was with 25 carries, 264 yards and 3 TDs, along with a 97 yard scamper to seal the game in the 4th. Finch almost had a 70+ yard punt return but was brought down by the last man after a 29 yard gain. Brennan Clay had 55 yards on 4 carries. If Calhoun can't go against SC, Finch is deadly in the open.. the 5'8 RB can fly when he sees green in front of him.

Kenny Stills had 2 TD catches and Reynolds the other. Ronnell Lewis snagged an INT on defense, while Bird and Hurst had FFs and FRs. Hurst also recorded 4 deflections.

Michigan dominates Iowa only allowing 209 yards of offense and a interception returned for a touchdown in a 42-7 win.

JeffHCross
10-21-2010, 10:26 PM
At halftime, Ohio State led Indiana 42-0. Joe Germaine led the way for the Buckeyes, with 19-27 passing for 408 yards and 5 TDs, with only 1 INT (came in the red zone at that). Ken Yon Rambo did his part, taking 5 receptions 229 yards and twice to the house.

Needless to say, the backups played in the second half.

"We've reached halftime folks. But ... stick with us. You just never know, do you." ~ Brad Nesslar

Ohio State wins 56-7 and ends up with 589 yards passing. The defense does surrender an unacceptable 168 yards, but 80 of it did come on one play ... so the coaching staff will give them a pass this week. Except for Kevin Griffin, who blew his coverage on that play.
