This podcast is an hour and around the 29 minute mark Mike is asked about hs experience leaving 2K and coming back after a short stint at EA. https://secure-hwcdn.libsyn.com/p/2/2/d/22de8da07e5b72ed/IGN_Unfiltered_38.mp3?c_id=29758478&cs_id=29758478&expiration=1545864659&hwt=c33b62ff98e38e4284d394cf6a075b4a

It was an interesting interview. Listened for awhile but not everything. Early on he talks about being a big OS poster. He was only at 2K for two years before leaving for Live. He said he immediately regretted it largely because he preferred the way 2K did things. But he said he liked the producer Sean a lot and made a lot of good friends. He did his best but when EA moved towards Elite there were a lot of red flags and he begged for his old job back. He said his biggest career regret was how he handled his departure from 2K. Basically just gave them two weeks notice he was leaving and didn’t discuss why or give them a chance to address his concerns. He said it was a good learning experience.

There is a video podcast too. I just posted the audio. Wang didn’t trash EA. He was pretty conservative in his comments but interesting at the same time.
